10. Starbucks. Luckily we have two of them within walking distance and we can charge it to our student charge for our parents to pay later! 9. Ellis Library. Open until midnight and full of quiet places to study. Also full of books but nobody really uses those. 8. Student Success Center. The best tutors our $30,000 tuition can buy and they help A LOT with finals studying! 7. Yik Yak. To ease the tension and show us that we’re not alone in our struggles. 6. Student Health Center. For prescribing us meds for our mental breakdowns and stress induced ailments.

Reasons College Kids LOVE Winter Break

10. No more dining hall food. We actually get to eat things that are edible! And things that have nutritional value! 9. We get our beds back. Twin XL beds for 19+ year olds should be a crime. They just don’t work. 8. Family time. You didn’t love it before you left, but now you miss them and family time is much more appreciated. 7. Your pets. Life just isn’t the same without the little furballs so we have to enjoy them while we can. 6. Having our entire closet back. We can’t fit it all at school so this is our time to enjoy all of our clothes and shoes that can’t come with us.

Things You’ll Miss After College Graduation

10. Living within walking distance of all of your friends. We all know college is stressful and having great friends helps a lot with that. You have to admit that it’s nice to have friends close by whenever you need them. 9. Starbucks around every corner. My campus has two within walking distance and man am I going to miss that! 8. Sharing a bathroom with twenty other people. Lol just kidding nobody is going to miss that because it’s probably one of the most awkward parts of college! 7. Not having to pay rent or buy food because they’re covered by your tuition. Yes technically you’re paying for them but student loans are so much more convenient than working overtime to pay for it! 6. Not ever having to drive. Everything you need is less than a fifteen minute walk and if it’s not, you can probably get a

10 Things Only Pre-Med Students Understand

10. Notecards. So many notecards. Because they’re the best way to study when you have a million things to memorize. 9. Disgusting labs. We get it, you’re trying to prepare us to be doctors and everything but labs with mice and crawfish are not fun. 8. A schedule full of science classes. A typical semester consists of a math class, maybe a behavior science class, and three-four science class. 7. So. Much. Vocab. The wonderful world of science is filled with new vocabulary terms that you have to know in order to be a good medical school candidate. This is where the notecards come in handy. 6. MCAT stress. They’re coming. Faster than you think. And despite you’re desperate amount of studying, you’re not ever going to be ready for them.

10. Carnival Cookies They’re so irresistible. You can’t eat just one. Or two. Or ten… 9. Rollins @ Night It’s pizza and wings. And also the only dining location open until 1 a.m. 8. Patty melts It’s a grilled cheese with the extra nutritional value of meat. What’s better than that?! 7. Soda It’s available at every dining hall and it’s just so refreshing. 6. Coffee with a pound of sugar You have to stay awake in class somehow after those all night study sessions!
