If you’ve ever worked out in your dorm then you know that it can be a struggle. It’s nice to be able to workout in the comfort of your own room, but at the same time it can be a lot harder to even try working out in your room than it would be if you just went to the gym. 10. There isn’t enough space. This is the biggest issue when it comes to working out in your room. You know that you need a lot of space to move if you want to get the most out of your workout and you also need to be able to stretch your muscles. If you don’t have enough room to do this then you could end up compromising your form which could only do more harm than good. You’re also limited in the types of workouts you can do because some
The Ten People You See At A Liberal Arts College
Liberal Arts schools have a tendency to attract a widely diverse population. While it may not seem that all these groups would mesh together, they all manage to find common ground and form a tight knit, loving, Breakfast Club-esque home for anyone who cares to join. Among these colorful characters that dot the liberal art academic quad are a few standouts: 10) The Overly Dedicated Theatre Person Sorry, they can’t, they have rehearsal. From the moment this person walks on campus, it seems they have a role in every major production the theatre department has to offer. At this point, they have been in character so long, you don’t think they even know who they are anymore. 9) The Genius Stoner They sleep all day, never study for tests, show up for class under the influence of everything – yet they still manage to make straight A’s. You don’t understand

20 Thoughts Of A Small Town Mind In A Big City
Born and raised a small town girl, I find trips to big cities exciting and full of life. It is funny, though, because I tend to think differently when I am looking around and observing the bustle of a city. In a small town, we know everyone and we know everything that is going around us at all times. The only time the open fields look different is when the corn is growing or the snow is falling. Other than that, our scenery is the same. We most likely know everyone at the gas station at any given time. If we do not know them personally, we know of them. This past weekend in Philadelphia, I really realized that city life is a stark contrast to my lifestyle. 20. Nameless faces The weirdest part about being in a big city is not knowing every face that passes. I am used to at least half-knowing
10 Struggles of Losing Your Voice
Losing your voice sucks. There’s only so much you can do to try and prevent it, but once it’s gone you’re kind of screwed. You basically just end up sounding ridiculous for a while because even though we know we shouldn’t talk in order to get better, we still do it anyways. Unlike Ariel in The Little Mermaid, you didn’t ask for this. 10. You sound like Wheezy from Toy Story 2. Wheezy is a super cute character and all, but you’d rather not walk around sounding like a squeaky penguin toy all day. 9. Or you sound “like a dying walrus”. It’s a common phrase and unfortunately it’s as bad as it sounds. You don’t have the cute little squeak in your voice like Wheezy does, you just sound ridiculous. 8. You don’t realize how much you talk on a regular basis until you can’t talk. You end up getting frustrated very quickly because you just want to speak
