Any time you go out with your friends you expect it to be a good night full of wardrobe changes, being each other’s bartender, and memories that will last a lifetime. But when best friends go out together its a whole different story… No matter what school you go to, there are some things that are just bound to happen when best friends go out together. 14. Meeting up with your other friends like you haven’t seen them in ages Even though you have classes together and go to dinner with each other every night, seeing your whole friend group out enjoying their night just makes you and your best friend that much happier that the whole group is together. 13. Drunk dressing The hardest part of getting ready is always figuring out what to wear. And as college students, we procrastinate in everything we do so by the time you and your friend
The 11 Stages of Turning 21
So the year has finally come around. This is the birthday that will top all birthdays (at least, so far). You’re going to be 21 and nothing in this world is going to stop you from celebrating this glorious milestone with your friends… Here’s what the 48 hours leading up to your 21st birthday will look like: 11. You begin searching for venues to get absolutely smashed in. 10. You immediately open a group chat with all the people you want to join you for this night of debauchery. 9. You find yourself googling “how to order a drink at a bar” because you realize that you’ve mostly only drank jungle juice at sketchy house parties.
8 Things to Eat When You’re Drunk
You’re at the bar. You’re drunk enough to think of food. You get hungry. Next you get hangry. You force your DD to stop and get you food. They ask, “where?”. Even though it’s 1 AM, there are so many options available. You’re brain capacity isn’t too large because of the alcohol, so you make them pick. Some options for ya: 8) Pizza. Go home, be lazy and deliver some Domino’s or hit up Lazy Moon and get a pizza larger than your head. If you go home, it’s more likely that you’ll fall asleep waiting for it so maybe thats not the best idea. Pizza is always the answer. 7) Steak and Shake. Anything 24 hours is a good choice. Maybe you are being peer pressured (which is totally not cool). Or, maybe you are trying to forget your problems by drinking (which is even less cool). No matter what your reasons are for going out, you secretly (or openly) hate it. Here are some reasons why: 10. It Puts You Behind on Work You have so much schoolwork to do before next week but you’re pre-gaming at 8pm, going out 11pm-2am, waking up at 11am, being hungover until 4pm, pre-gaming again at 8pm and repeating it all over again. This leaves you to do work between 4pm and 8pm on Saturday and after 4pm on Sunday. So basically, you are not
Types of People You Meet at a Typical College Tailgate
Speaking from experience, I met tons of people during my first tailgate and I can almost guarantee you that each one fit one of these descriptions: 18) The Governor: This is the guy wearing a suit and tie in the sweltering heat, and yes, he’s also probably in Student Government. 17) Miss Sweetheart: THAT girl that everyone wishes to be, and she really is genuinely sweet. Almost too sweet. She’s probably from Mississippi or Alabama because that Southern charm is just so obvious. 16) Stereotypical White Girl: You know. The girl with the North Face backpack and monogrammed water bottle. She’s most likely wearing Nike sneaks and leggings with her spirit wear.
